At Brick Kiln Pottery, our longer pottery courses are designed for people who want to properly learn pottery over time, not just try it once.

These courses are suitable for complete beginners. You don’t need any previous experience, and everything is taught step by step in a supportive studio environment. The focus is on learning core skills, building confidence, and enjoying regular creative time without pressure.

All courses include materials, tools, glazing and firings.

I wanted to share a little more about one of my favourite offerings here at Brick Kiln Pottery, our 3 Day Intensive Course. It’s one of those experiences that really lets you slow down, focus, and get lost in the rhythm of clay.

There’s something so lovely about the run-up to Christmas here at Brick Kiln Pottery. The studio fills with soft light, a hint of cinnamon in the air, and rows of tiny clay stars and robins waiting to be decorated. It’s become one of our favourite times of year — and our Christmas Ornament & Hot Chocolate Workshops are right at the heart of it.
