Refunds & Cancellations Policy – Brick Kiln Pottery

At Brick Kiln Pottery, each session and event requires time, planning, materials, and staffing. As a small independent studio, we are unable to offer full refunds. This policy helps us continue providing high-quality creative experiences while protecting our resources.

Workshops, Classes & Courses

Cancellations with more than 28 days’ notice: You may reschedule your booking or receive a partial refund (minus a 25% admin and materials fee).

Cancellations with less than 28 days’ notice or no-shows: We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling, as your space has been held and materials prepared.

Private Events (e.g., Hen Parties, Corporate Days, Birthdays)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the event.

Cancellations made:

More than 14 days before the event – We may offer to reschedule your booking or issue a partial refund of the remaining balance (the 50% deposit remains non-refundable).

Less than 14 days before the event – No refunds are available. We will do our best to reschedule your event, subject to availability.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but may be transferred to someone else.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Missed Sessions

If you miss a session as part of a course or series, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, if space allows, you may be able to join a similar class on a different date. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Availability is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the studio.
