Discover the Magic of the Potter’s Wheel:
Unleash your creativity in this fun and immersive pottery workshop, designed especially for complete beginners (ages 7+). Whether you come solo, with a partner, or as a group, you're in for a unique, hands-on experience that promises plenty of fun and unforgettable memories.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival at our countryside studio, you'll receive a warm welcome before joining your fellow budding potters. The session begins with a live demonstration by one of our expert tutors, who will walk you through the five essential steps of throwing a pot.
Then it’s your turn! With your own potter’s wheel, you’ll get stuck in—shaping, molding, and experimenting with clay. Your tutor will be right there with you, offering guidance, encouragement, and handy tips throughout.
Pottery is all about practice, so don’t worry if your first few attempts are wobbly (or collapse entirely!)—it's all part of the experience. With unlimited clay at your fingertips, you’re free to make as many pots as you like in any shape or size.
At the end of the session, pick your favorite piece to have glazed and fired. Want to keep more? Extra pots are just £3 each.

Cost: £55 per person (ages 7+)
Duration: 1.5 hours (includes setup, demo, and clean-up)
Note: Under 18s must have an adult present in the building. We have a coffee shop should the parent/carer wish to take some time out to relax while the pottery session is taking place. Under 12’s will need to have a paying adult in the class with their child
